When Failure to fuse together or fuse together 1. Time set for fusing is too short; 2. There isnt enough air pressure; 3. The inner diameter of the hose is too small; 4. The gear of the suspension gear or pulsator is obstructed by remnants or rubbed down; 5. The vibration motor is too dry and needs lubrication. 1. Set the fusing time; 2. Supply air by using an air pressure of 72psi or above; 3. Use a hose with an inner diameter of 6.4mm or above; 4. Clean the gear or change the pulsator and pressure plate gear; 5. Lubricate the motor of the air inlet. The packing band is overfused or breaks off when fusing. 1. The packing band is not thick enough; 2. The fusing time is too long; 3. The cooling time for the rubbed and fused part is too short; 1. Use the packing machine and packing bands of proper specifications; 2. Shorten the fusing time as required; 3. When the fusing is over, keep heated for 3 seconds. After fusing, the packing tool can not leave packing band. 1. Dont reverse the fastening wheel, or relieve the packing band; 2. Make sure that the pulsator does not rise from the packing band. 1. Press the reversing valve to release the tension on the packing band; 2. Hold tight the tensioner, connect it with the air release valve and open the stop valve. Notes for fusing 1) Use a screwdriver to turn the screw at the bottom of the vibration switch lever (red), then the fusing time can be adjusted; 2) Turn the small screw clockwise to increase the fusing time and vise versa. When finishing, you should tighten up the anti-slack nut; 3) A quality weld can make the surface of the welded part smooth. But, long-time welding can otherwise reduce the adhesive power of the PET packing band; 4) If the part welded is immediately cooled without being left in the air for 3 seconds, it will distort or break up.
