Instruction for Pneumatic strapping tool
( Note: infuse 5-10 drops in the air inlet port white oil (also called sewing machine oil) idling 30 seconds before operation or going off work: every day. )
1, air supply requirements(on page 7)
A. there must be added a source of the filter （air request : no dust ,no water ,no oil ）,clean air is important.
B . average air pressure is 0.7Mpa（ proposal 0.65 - 0 80mpa ）
C . the minimum interior diameter for air hose is 6.35MM（1/4）, the suggestion interior diameter is 8MM ,exterior diameter is 12MM.
2. operation (on page 8)
A . Different straps have different width and thickness , the machine should adjust specification before use.
B .there is a timer which can adjust the time of vibration , but according to different air pressure and hose size in actual use ,we do not advice you to use this function , you can control the vibration time by yourself, usually two to three seconds
C . 1-2 seconds cooling time after cooling the welding joint .take away the strap
3. each machine’s air consumption is 0.3L/MIN, the average air pressure is 0.65Mpa for 1-5 sets pneumatic strapping tool, Displacement is 0.55m3 /min; the lowest air pressure is 0.7Mpa for 5-10 sets pneumatic strapping tool，Displacement is above 1.0m3 /min
Remark
(1) the machine has adjusted well ex-factory ,the customer should not adjust again without permission(for example, the adjust valve for tension and timer on page 10)
(2) reading the operation manual carefully over and over again before use.
